The Danish Multiple Sclerosis Registry is one of the oldest and largest MS registries globally, housing nationwide prospective data on all Danish residents diagnosed with MS from 1948 to the present. The registry undergoes a new build approximately every month, during which data are extracted, checked, and cleaned. It is further enhanced by its linkage to other nationwide registries through the Danish Personal Identification Number, granting access to a vast pool of structured, interconnected data.
