Close-Up: Retail Pharma (Market Prescription Data National Level for Drugs) is a prescription audit, based on a statistical sample in each Latin American (LatAm) country. Based on a statistical model, Close-Up defines a panel of pharmacies that represents the whole market of prescription in each LatAm country. Pharmacies' panel is defined using all the necessary information to have a complete prescription market measure, and samples are designed to cover both National and Sub-National Data sets, reaching up to the physician level. The samples cover ~20-25% of the prescriptions generated in each country (minimum of 5% required in order to be included in the National Data set), which are captured in pharmacies, (pharmacy chains, or independent pharmacies) in each country; it covers approximately 90% of the doctors.
